We are inviting oncology residents and fellows from US programs to attend the 6th Annual Perspectives in Breast Cancer Care, September 18-19, 2026, at the Fairmont Washington D.C. Georgetown

Perspectives in Breast Cancer Care Resident and Fellow Program Scholarship Outline
- MedscapeLIVE! will provide you with a complimentary registration to the conference
- Meals are provided as indicated on the program agenda
- MedscapeLIVE! will cover up to three (3) nights hotel stay at the Fairmont Washington D.C. Georgetown between Thursday, September 17 and Sunday, September 20.
Qualifications
- Residency/Fellowship must be in the US
- Letter of verification from residency program
- Verification letter must state your name, resident/fellow status, and date of program completion.
- NOTE: Hospital/Institution IDs are not suitable as verification of good standing.
Resident/Fellow’s Commitment
You are required to participate in all general sessions, bonus presentations, symposiums, and workshops beginning Friday, September 18, through Saturday, September 19. Upon check-in to the conference, you will receive information on required sessions and will be scanned into all sessions to verify attendance.
Failure to meet the full attendance requirements as stated above will result in the forfeiture of your scholarship/award. Penalties will include reimbursement to MedscapeLIVE! for your hotel room cost and disqualification for all conference awards and prizes.
Selection Criteria
Following the application deadline, all materials will be submitted to a committee for review and selection. Demographic information will not be considered in the selection process. Data points are voluntarily being collected by MedscapeLIVE! to monitor diversity at our conference, to ensure outreach and audience engagement efforts and to effectively meet company goals focused on creating equitable space for all attendees. In our efforts to be equitable and inclusive, MedscapeLIVE! strives to ensure each applicant is not only welcome to apply but also feels safe and protected when disclosing this information.

IMPORTANT CANCELLATION INFORMATION: You must cancel by August 11, 2026. If you cancel after August 11, 2026 you will be responsible for a $250 charge to offset your hotel room costs.

Failure to comply with the requirements or fulfill expectations of any previous Resident and Fellow Scholarship Programs may result in disqualification from consideration for future scholarship opportunities or participation in subsequent Resident Programs.
