Cancellation Policy: A full refund less a $50 administrative fee can be requested up to 30 days prior to the conference start date. Requests for refunds must be made in writing and e-mailed to support@medscapelive.com prior to 11:59 PM ET on AUGUST 12, 2026. Registrations that are cancelled within 29 days of the event are not eligible for refunds.
After the refund deadline date, you have the option to send someone in your place. Requests to transfer registration to someone else must be made in writing and e-mailed to support@medscapelive.com prior to 11:59 PM ET on SEPTEMBER 11, 2026.
